These are thieves that have no integrity, no customer service !! Their only real interest is their profit margin and in their attempt to reach their goal will say anything in order to get viewers who are unaware to purchase their garbage !!! I called them just now and asked the person who answered the phone for their address and all he would say was that they were located in San Diego. Thought they were located in Texas ? I asked for their street address and he refused to give me their street address. Does this sound like a conversation with a legitimate company ? Use your heads out there and stay as far away from them as possible.

Blue Eyed Howlite Necklace Review
Natural howlite is okay but blue has crusty plastic-looking finish--not dye and chain broke off from rope knot and cannot be re-attached.

I have been a customer of LC for about 6 months now and at first was happy but now realize that their products are cheaply made and sized wrong. Also I have won several auctions only to have my money refunded and an email saying that there was a problem with the product, although the next day that product was back on auction, I believe it was due to them not getting the price that they wanted. 2 months ago I bought my sister a 3 piece stackable ring set never thinking to look at it closely, her birthday is this month when I opened it this morning to wrap it one of the stones is missing. I have received two rings that were the wrong size, a pair of earrings that I will ended up paying more than what they should have been and when I got them they are made terribly. The problem is if you pay for shipping out and then you have to pay for shipping to return an item if it's not as stated or wrong size or missing a stone by the time you do all that it could cost you $10 in shipping. They also have a way of cheating you out of using budget pay when you call in they don't tell you that you should bypass the option of using your current credit card and if you do not do that you do not qualify for Budget pay, I got taken by this system and I'm sure many thousands of others have. I made the mistake in the beginning of ordering many things at one time once I realized the quality was not as stated and that their return policy was poor to say the least I have decided not to purchase anything from them again. Of the 30-plus items I have purchased I can actually wear three of them the others just sit in a box.

I shop all the channels and liquidation channel is the only one that I have problems with about cancellations. They will always say "it's too late to cancel" and yet 5 to 7 days will pass before it hits your mailbox, which then, of course you must pay to Mail it back. It is fast becoming the reason I hesitate to continue shopping with you and I think this will be it. I know you don't care because I see your resolution rate is ZERO. And I know you are huge enough not to miss me or even suffer any loss. However, for me, it has become a turning point that matters to me. So I will say goodbye.

SUB-STANDARD SERVICE
First time buyer, I ordered through the automated system to reserve the item, was put on hold for a representative to give account information and held...and held... and held......when someone finally picked up they couldn't find the item,....the computer screen wouldn't open and I waited..... and waited, they explained that the computers were slow so I waited some more.....by the time the screen opened of course the item had sold out. I spoke to a manager who said "I'm sorry that was your experience". MY EXPERIENCE!!! You've got to be kidding! It's LC's fault that I had that experience but there was absolutely no accountability on their part, they did not even make a feeble attempt to rectify the matter or offer any alternate solution...BAD BUSINESS LC CHANNEL! Well my experience tells me that I'll be spending my hard earned money with JTV, QVC, HSN or any other reputable retailer from now on out.

well I HAD ORDERED A RING FROM THE JENNIPOPPO COLLECTION AND RECIEVED THE WRONG ITEM SO WHEN I TALKED TO CUST.SERV.THEY COULDN'T FIND ANY LEFT.SO THE I SAW A BUTTERFLY PENDANT IN TOURQUIOSE AND TRIED TO GET CUST.SERV.TO HOL.D IT TILL THEY GET MY RETURN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DO IT 'WOW I HAVE BEEN AN AVID CUSTOMER FOR AT LEAST 4 YEARS..WHY COULDN'T THEY DO IT ALL I WHY NOT IT ISN'T ASKING TO MUCH ???

I couldn't be happy with any other jewelry house!!!
I have been shopping with Liquidation Channel for at least three years. I'm a senior and needed to earn extra money to pay my mortgage. Since then, I have earned extra money to dine out occasionally, not worry about every penny I spend, and had a large down payment for a used van, plus of course, my mortgage. On two separate occasions, I did not receive my orders. Either they were dropped off at another house or lost in transit. LC was extremely courteous and gave me house credit once, and by my choice, it was refunded to my bank account the second time. Having been a jewelry afficionado all my life, I appreciate well-made pieces. At the beginning, I could not believe the prices and called the office to ask a few questions. I was assured that if either my customers or I had a complaint, I could return the item for a refund. With confidence, I can tell my customers that they may take it to any jeweler and ask how much they would charge for that piece, or if it is real. I have returning customers, and have gained an excellent, honest reputation for my word regarding your product/my sales. Thank you so much for your excellent product quality and far-reaching courtesy. I hope to continue being your customer for many more years.

Bid and never received !
I followed an auction for a day, made several bids, won the item, paid within 10 minutes of winning, but next day received notification of a refund for the item with no explanation. I made a call and was told they didn't have the item, was human error. How can they sell something that they don't have? Next day they called me and said that the item had a defect and that was why they weren't sending it. So that's the new story now. I would not buy from them ever again. You should not put up for auction something that you don't have or is defective. What they're pulling, I don't know. Watch out for them.

Tell the daytime host shawn when showing rings to put the ring on his finger instead of just holding it your late night new host johnalways puts the ring on his finger to show what it looks like on the finger i have never bought anything from shawn because he will not put ring on his finger to see what it looks like Sincerely jeffrey mccarty. Ps i buy alot of things from liquidation channel but refuse to buy anything from shawn the host with bald head because he refuses to put ring on his finger

I received my strada multi color austrian Crystal japanesemovement watch saturday and when I put it on Sunday for church I noticed that there were four of the red rhinestones missing , it is still. beautiful I do not want a replacement this is the second time this happen , I just want you all to be sure that your orders are checked before they are shipped out.I also order two cameo brooches they are beautiful.
