Verified Reviewer | Buena Park, CaliforniaLiquidation Channel Earrings Review from Buena Park, California
My experience with purchases has been excellent. If I had a concern regards to an order, my questions were answered promptly and satisfactorly. I bought a pair of Russian chrome diopside earrings on their TV show . When the item arrived and I opened the package, I was delighted to see a lovely pair of earrings. The chrome diopside stones had beautiful color saturation, and clarity. The gold overlay on the setting was nice, and the filigree work was done wjth great detail. Overall satisfied with my purchase and service I received from LC. I have recommended LC to associates and friends.

Reviews matter!
Just about to make some purchases but I checked out the reviews and was dismayed to see so many complaints over a long period which are pretty consistent: poor/inconsistent customer service, frequent breakage, product not as shown. With online purchases I really value good customer service, responsive and timely correction of mistakes and having a long-term relationship with their customers. I don't want to pay for a hassle with my purchases. I am relatively new to tv shopping and find it to be more encouraging than I thought. I hope this company uses customer feedback to improve their response to valid customer issues The general take-away from the reviews is: Take your chances!

MADE IN CHINA - CHEAP JEWELRY
I came across LC from my dish channel and got sucked in from the beauty of the jewelry they show on their channel. Sure enough and after finding out about the company after the sale, my jewelry arrives in one week which was good, but when I opened the package I received a ring and a necklace that did not at all look like they did on tv. Both pieces had tags on them that said made in China so then I put two and two together and figured this jewelry is JUNK not worth the money I paid for it. I lost out on $70.00 on jewelry that looks like it is worth $3.00. Please take my advise and do not get suckered into their TV show. What they display on TV is not what you get. They are misleading, lying thieves and will take advantage of you. Their business should be looked into and someone needs to be sued. They should not be allowed to steal like this let alone misrepresent their jewelry live on TV and fool you into giving them money for nothing. I am definitely pissed and will be looking into a class action suit against them.

Jewelry Advertised Is Not Actually What You Get
I discovered the Liquidation Channel after installing Dish Network. Within the past two months, I have purchased about 17 items from them and returned a few because of damage, incorrect sizing, and poor quality. After four consecutive returns because of damage or incorrect information provided by the Personal Shopper Department, I evaluated the remaining pieces to determine if they really are what is advertised. I weighed all my pieces and not one piece weighs the total gram weight (TGW) Liquidation Channel advertises them to weigh. For example: I purchased a London Blue topaz bracelet from the catalog and the TGW listed was 25.080. The bracelet actually weighs 17.0 grams. This bracelet cost me over a $100.00. An 11.57 TGW Brazilian Smoky Quartz weighs 7.2. My most recent purchase is Electric Blue Topaz lever back earrings TGW 7.56 Cts. These earrings actually weigh 5.0 grams. The other pieces come in way below what is advertised and I can go on and list all, but not necessary since I have proven that the Liquidation Channel falsely advertises, which is fraud. Also, the London Blue pieces I bought were advertised as "certified". I did not receive certification with my jewelry and called customer service and the representative was rude and hung up on me. I emailed them and received a return email stating I would receive documentation stating the pieces are indeed certified. After four weeks, I emailed again and no response. Still waiting for documentation, but not holding my breath. I am taking the jewelry I purchased to a gemologist to have them tested for authenticity. Below is copied recent (02/02/2016) conversation with Liquidation Channel confirming what their TGW is: Live Chat Connected System 4:42 PM Thank you for contacting the Liquidation Channel! System 4:42 PM Your chat will be directed to the next available Agent System 4:42 PM Thank you for holding. Your chat will be answered by the next available Agent. Agent 4:43 PM Good evening, this is Alex how can I help you? You 4:43 PM Hi alex. I am new to your site. I have question about TGW You 4:44 PM I know it stands for total gram weight. That includes the metal and stones correct? Agent 4:44 PM yes You 4:45 PM I am looking at a ring and it states TGW 11.57. So, that ring will weigh with silver a total of 11.57 grams? Agent 4:45 PM yes, exactly You 4:46 PM ty Note: Buyer beware!!!!!! LC does not sell what they actually advertise. I am contacting the BBB and reporting them. I have listed a link for the earrings I bought that actually weigh 5.0 grams not the 7.56 LC claims they do.

Liquidation Channel - Review in Luxury / Jewelry category from Hanceville, Alabama
I want to Lodge a complaint about the rising actions. Why do they keep putting things on the auction that are not available. You bid on the item you win it. Pay with your credit card. Only to have your order cancel. And then you have to wait for your refund and your money is just in limbo until you get it

Liquidation Channel Shipping Service Review from Saint Petersburg, Florida
They change their shipping charges from night time on a Tuesday at $1.99 to $2.99 for their daytime customers. I was up watching from 2:00am with Jeanine until Tonia came on. It was all Under $20. They were charging $1.99 S&H. I woke up at 8:00am and S&H was upped to $2.99. Even if they made a mistake for the first 3-4 hours of a show IF REPUTABLE they leave it there. We are talking product weighing in most cases grams. Their 2am TLV had wooden boxes for $1.99 shipping!

Jewelry arrive's broken in pouch, more than once.
Okay, they were only $10 necklace's, with shipping $11.98 x 2, a total of $23.96. I guess I should be glad that I wasn't in the grocery store when the necklace broke, but that has happened also... 2 necklace's in separate pouches were laying in the pouch, already broken when I opened them up, spilling bead's all OVER the floor. then when I returned them (remember the item is 100% guaranteed) money is deducted from my 100% satisfaction guaranteed necklace's, to return them to stock. they do give you the option of replacing the item, or a refund. I have yet to had anything replaced, but rather had a portion of my money returned to my bank account, 2 week's after the item (s) were returned. so far I returned 6 item's, one was a Labradorite 3 stone ring, in sterling silver. the ring was actually a nice ring with 2 nice stone's in it, the 3rd was a dull grey stone, that resembled a stone you would find in your driveway. three day's after mailing the ring back, I called to see if it could be replaced, instead of refunded, knowing I would lose money. I was told they had already refunded the money to my account, after calling my bank almost daily, the money ($11.99 refunded for a purchase of $19.99 +$1.99 shipping) was in my account 2 week's later.

Sell watches with dead batteries
When asked about the dead batteries, on the live chat, no response from the agent. They have taken other things back. They have re shipped items that also came broken again and took them back. But you do not expect dead batteries in a watch you purchase that is new. I have purchased many nice things and at a good price. However, one does not expect to receive a watch that is not running. This is the 2nd time it has happened and for the agent to ignore the question makes me wonder why I am shopping with them. Perhaps it is time to go back to ebay.
Pros:
- Variety of products
Cons:
- Dead batteries on new watches
Reason of review:

Check size before buying earrings from LC
I won a bid on red spinel earrings, paid 17 bucks which is a good price for spinel earrings. They can today, 6-3-16 and they were tiny. They looked more like baby earrings and I am returning them. the estimated retail price on jewelry is highly inflated and even the prices on TV are inflated as well. While I have received nice earrings and rings, these I got today were sooo sooo tiny. I did not check the size on the site, but I suggest you do, I have earrings that are very large and nice from the LC, . LC channel is scamming folks with the prices they charge on items I got today. Buyer Beware, Caveat Emptor I wonder if the gemstones are real and I have questions about the amber, it looks plastic. I guess this is my wake up call to not to buy or bid on LC product. The hosts brag so much about the product and as I said, are the gemstones really real or are they lab created. You can buy similiar product on a UK channel that broadcasts in the USA and the product is much better.
Pros:
- Price
Cons:
- What it actually was when received
- Estimated retail price which is over inflated

Liquidation Channel - Ring Review
I ordered a 7 carat Bali ring silver. Dropped on kitchen floor, broke into 3 pieces. Sent it back for store credit. I waited a week finally called them. Yes they had recieved product. Gave me store credit while I was on phone. No one called me re: receipt of goods. Asked if I could trade credit for product I saw on tv.They said yes and would connect me to personal shopper. High volume of calls, so left callback number as instructed. That was 4 hrs ago and no call back.

Liquidation Channel Customer Care Review from Mountain View, California
Updated by user May 19, 2016
I will never buy anything from the liquidation channel and will tell my friends not to waste their money
Original review May 18, 2016
The first time i watched the show I ordered several items at one time. When i received the items, they did not look like what was shown on tv. When i returned items, i ended up paying over $80 in shipping. I bid on earrings. I won the bid. I received 9 pairs of the same earring. 9 pair!! Return shipping costs made it too expensive to return. I would never shop from them again. I have a drawer full of junk jewlery.
